Terraform
Terraform declares cloud resources in HCL, then plan shows the diff and apply makes it. This course covers providers and state, modules, remote backends and locking, count/for_each, import and moved, then scanning and CI. State is a map of what you manage — often including secrets — and a -/+ in the plan means destroy then recreate.
